At FitCurryBox, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order—such as a missing item, delivery delay, or product concern—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. 

Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best quality meals and service. If you need to request a refund, please review the following terms:

• A $10 service fee will be deducted from all refund amounts to cover processing and administrative costs.

• Additionally, a $5 refund fee will be applied for handling the refund transaction.

• Refunds will be issued for the remaining amount after these fees are deducted.

• To be eligible for a refund, cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
