1. Overview

Fit Curry Box provides freshly prepared vegetarian meal plans and food delivery services. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province/state of residence or have given consent for a minor dependent to use this site.

2. Ordering & Subscriptions

  • All meal plans must be ordered through our website or approved payment methods.

  • Subscriptions are valid only for the selected duration and number of meals.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for the next-next business day.

  • We operate on a 20-day monthly cycle unless otherwise stated.

  • Weekly meal plans cover 5 business days, even if the plan starts mid-week.

3. Payments

  • All prices listed are in CAD and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments must be completed in full before meals are prepared or delivered.

  • Accepted payment methods include online checkout and Interac e-Transfer (when applicable).

4. Cancellations, Pauses & Refunds

  • Subscription changes, pauses, or cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

  • No refunds will be issued for meals already prepared or delivered.

  • Partial refunds (if applicable) will be calculated based on remaining unused meals.

  • Trial plans and promotional offers are non-refundable.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

  • If no one is available at the time of delivery, meals may be left at the door at the customer’s risk.

  • We recommend keeping a cooler or insulated box outside for safe delivery.

  • Fit Curry Box is not responsible for food quality once delivery is completed.

6. Weather & Force Majeure

In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our control (e.g., snowstorms, polar vortex), deliveries or kitchen operations may be paused. Missed meals may be rescheduled at our discretion. Safety of our team and drivers is our top priority.

7. Dietary Information & Allergies

  • All meals are vegetarian and egg-free.

  • Paneer may be substituted with tofu for an additional fee.

  • While we take precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens.

  • Customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order.

8. Health Disclaimer

Fit Curry Box meals are designed for general wellness and convenience. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Please consult a healthcare professional before starting any new diet program.

9. Changes to Menu & Pricing

  • Menus are subject to change based on ingredient availability.

  • We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value when necessary.

  • Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.
