📦 Delivery Guidelines – FitCurryBox
• Delivery Window: All deliveries start from 1:00 AM and go until 9:00 AM
• Location Requests: For specific delivery instructions, please WhatsApp us at 416-399-7347
• Houses: All deliveries will be made at the front door unless instructed otherwise
• Email Requirement:
All delivery-related updates and confirmations will be sent via email, so it is important that we have your correct email address on file
• Apartments / Condos:
- Deliveries will be made to the concierge desk or designated food area by default
- Door-to-door (upstairs) delivery is only available if you have paid for it
• Upstairs Delivery Requirements:
- Please mention your buzzer code clearly
- Ensure you are available to answer the buzzer
- Inform your concierge/security to expect the delivery
• Important:
If buzzer details are not provided, the food will be left at the buzzer/mailbox area, and FitCurryBox will not be responsible thereafter
• Thermal Bag / Box Recommendation:
- We strongly recommend keeping a thermal bag or box outside to keep your meals safe and temperature controlled
- Ice packs can be provided upon request
- It is the customer’s responsibility to place the thermal bag/box (and ice pack, if needed) outside on each delivery day
- If no thermal bag or box is kept outside and the meals are damaged by weather, animals, or any external factors, FitCurryBox will not be responsible for the damaged meals

- Cutoff time is 10am - Any order placed after 10am will be delivered next-to-next business day
- Please ensure your email is accurate, as all delivery notifications and updates will be shared there
- Deliveries are made within the selected time window, but may be slightly delayed on high-traffic days or due to unforeseen circumstances
- For upstairs delivery, please provide your buzz code or access details; without this, delivery may be completed at the entrance due to concierge restrictions
- Phone support hours: 12 PM to 7 PM
- Any cancellations made after 7 PM will be counted toward your meal plan
- No extensions will be provided for late cancellations
